Assega reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website at any time, as well as these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at any given time.

3. Purpose of the Website and nature of the information

The Website is intended to provide information on the insurance mediation services that Assega offers in Andorra (vehicle, health, life, home & communities, shops & retail and business insurance, and the Assega Prestige product), and makes available to users forms to request quotes, contact the office, report a claim or send suggestions.

Quotes requested through the Website are indicative and non-binding. The information published does not constitute a contractual offer or insurance cover. No risk is covered until the corresponding policy has been formalised and accepted by the insurer, and the definitive terms are those set out in the insurance contract.

Reporting a claim through the Website form constitutes notification to the brokerage; Assega will pass it on to the insurer. In an emergency, we recommend calling directly on +376 868 622.

4. Terms of use

The user undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the Website and, in particular, to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in the forms, and keep it up to date. If data relating to third parties is provided (for example, when reporting a claim), the user warrants that they are entitled to do so and that they have informed those persons of this policy.
• Not use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith, nor introduce into it viruses, malicious code or any element that could damage the systems of Assega or of third parties.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Website or circumvent the security measures (including Google reCAPTCHA and the anti-spam filters on the forms).

The design of the Website, the source code, the texts, the images, the logos —including the “Assega” trade mark— and all the other elements that make it up are owned by Assega or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Andorran and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Assega, except for personal and private use.

Assega accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from the use of the Website, from technical interruptions, from the presence of viruses or from the actions of third parties, nor for any decisions the user takes relying solely on the indicative information on the Website without the advice of an Assega professional.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Principality of Andorra. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection regulations grant to the user.
